Refund policy
RETURN / EXCHANGE OF ITEMS
All items can be returned or exchanged. The user has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the items to do so.
Chama Vermelha hereby informs that it may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.
The user must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day they received the order.
The cost of returning the item shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of returns due to malfunction. In such cases, after confirmation of the issue, the return shipping cost will be refunded to the customer.
Before making a return, the customer must always contact the company.
Returned items must be sent in properly sealed packaging (preferably using the original packaging in good condition).
When returning or exchanging items, the user must comply with the following conditions:
Items must be returned in good condition, with the complete original packaging in good condition and accompanied by the original invoice. All items will be checked upon arrival at our facility and only those that meet the return conditions will be accepted. In the case of bioethanol fireplaces, they must not show any signs of use.
When a refund is applicable, Chama Vermelha will proceed as follows:
For amounts paid via cash on delivery, credit or debit card, Multibanco, or MBWay, the refund will be made via bank transfer (the user must provide their IBAN as specified in the return request).
