STORE POLICY
ORDERS
The user may place an order online at www.chamavermelha.pt, by phone, or by email.
Order confirmation implies that the user has read and expressly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale, as well as the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Once the purchase is completed, the user will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If any information is incorrect, the user may immediately request a correction or cancellation of the purchase.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
To cancel an order, the user must contact us by phone or email so we can proceed with the cancellation. It is not possible to cancel orders directly through the website.
If the customer cancels the order after it has already been dispatched (within the delivery timeframe provided), the shipping cost will be charged to the customer—even for items marked with free shipping.
PAYMENT
Chama Vermelha offers users several payment methods:
— Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard): The order and card details will be sent, securely encrypted, to the bank on the date of the order.
— PayPal: One of the most widely used online payment methods in the world. To use this option, you must have a PayPal account. For more information or to create an account, visit: https://www.paypal.com/pt. If you choose this method, the order amount will be charged at the end of the purchase process.
— Bank Transfer: If you choose this method, you will receive an email with the details needed to make the payment. After completing the transfer, please send the payment confirmation to the email address provided so we can validate the payment.
— Cash on Delivery (COD) or Payment by Credit/Debit Card upon Delivery: The order will be sent with payment due upon delivery to the address provided. You may pay in cash or by credit/debit card. This method allows you to pay only when receiving the order. (An additional fee of 3% of the order value applies to this payment method.)
— Multibanco: If you choose this method, you will receive an SMS and an email with the necessary details to make the payment at an ATM or through Internet banking. You have 3 days to make the payment. If not completed within this time, the order will be cancelled.
— MB WAY: With MB WAY, you can pay for your order quickly and conveniently using your smartphone. You must have an MB WAY account. Orders using MB WAY will only be processed after payment confirmation. For more information or to create an account, visit: https://www.mbway.pt.
PRICES
Prices shown include VAT at the rate applicable on the date of the invoice. Any changes to the VAT rate will be reflected in product prices.
The prices displayed on the website http://chamavermelha.pt do not include shipping fees, which will be indicated to the user before the order is confirmed.
Prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice. However, once the order is confirmed, the prices will not be subject to any changes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Chama Vermelha store is a registered website, and the service provided through the site is the responsibility of Chama Vermelha, LDA.
