SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Shipping costs start at €5.54 for addresses in mainland Portugal and the islands, depending on the weight of the order. Delivery is made within 2 to 4 business days after the order is confirmed. In exceptional cases, the delivery of certain items may take up to 15 business days.
Delivery will be attempted once. If the customer is not at the address on the day of delivery, a second or third delivery attempt can be scheduled, which may incur an additional fee. As an alternative, the customer may collect the order from the carrier’s local branch to avoid this extra cost.
If it is indicated that the shipping rate is on request, despite mentioning free shipping, shipping will have a cost (due to definitions that we cannot circumvent).
For bulk orders, shipping fees may differ from those shown at checkout. In such cases, we recommend contacting Chama Vermelha, as the shipping cost may be lower than indicated.
PAYMENT
Chama Vermelha offers the user several payment options:
— Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard): The order and card details will be sent, securely encrypted, to the banking institution on the date of the order.
— PayPal: One of the most widely used online payment methods worldwide. To use this method, you must have a PayPal account. For more information or to create an account, visit: https://www.paypal.com/pt. If you choose this method, the amount will be charged at the time of ordering.
— Bank Transfer: If you select this option, you will receive an email with the necessary details to make the transfer. Once the payment is made, please send proof of the transfer to the email provided so the payment can be validated.
— Cash on Delivery or Payment by Credit/Debit Card at Delivery: The order is sent with payment due upon delivery to the address provided. You may pay in cash or by credit/debit card at the time of delivery. This payment method allows you to pay only upon receiving the order. (An additional fee of 3% of the order value applies to this method.)
— Multibanco: If you choose this method, you will receive an SMS and an email with the details needed to make the payment at an ATM or through your bank's online services. You have 3 days to complete the payment. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be cancelled.
— MB WAY: With MB WAY, you can pay for your order quickly and conveniently using your smartphone. You must have an MB WAY account. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation. For more information or to learn how to create an account, visit: https://www.mbway.pt.
PRICES
The prices shown include VAT at the rate applicable on the date of invoicing. Any changes to the applicable VAT rate will be reflected in the product prices.
The prices listed on the website http://chamavermelha.pt/ do not include shipping costs, which will be shown to the user before order confirmation.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. However, once the order is confirmed, the prices will not change.
